Selling Tips

• Keep curtains open to let in more light (as long as it doesn’t face a busy street or freeway).
• Keep pictures, paintings, photographs and wall hangings to a minimum. Overkill can ‘close in’ the space.
• Try to make the garage appear to accommodate as many vehicles as possible. Get rid of the clutter.
• Brighten and add color to your landscaping by planting flowers and shrubs.
